TOSS Snow A LONG Way With DIY Impeller Kit On Honda HSS724-928-1332 Snowblower ! STOP CLOGGING!

Wanna throw snow farther and cut down on clogging issues? Here I show how to install an impeller kit on a Honda HSS928 snow blower without removing the augers and impeller. This will work on the Honda HSS724 and HSS1332 as well . Also will work on the Honda HS50-55-70-80, HS624-724-828-928-1132-1332 snowblowers. I would make my own with conveyor corded belt material and some 1-2 inch metal stock you can get from a hardware store. You would have to drill the holes into. I have made about 40-50 kits this way. Be sure your fast throttle is near spec such as 3650 for the 928 model. Be sure auger belt is in good condition and adjusted / or belt guides are adjusted. Use Fluid Film or some other non stick spray on augers, impeller, chute, and bucket if you are blowing wet slushy snow. If you do all this and are still having clogging issues and the snow is just puking out of the chute your Honda snowblower may be an ideal candidate for an impeller kit. Tools you need. Impeller kit. Either purchased from above links or make your own. Drill with 12 inch extension. 1/4 inch Cobalt HSS drill bit for cutting thru steel. 2X4 to block augers/ impeller Cutting oil is recommended After installing kit , spray some lubricant into drum and on rubber paddles , run engine and slowly push down on auger handle to break in the rubber paddles. You can go faster and faster. You'll hear some noise of the rubber parts hitting in the drum but this will eventually go away as the kit wears in. Please watch this video a couple times before attempting and it will help cut down on mistakes and frustration.
