Finally Back To The High Country… First After Months Off.
After months off the road, I’m finally back out 4WD camping in the Victorian High Country. I found a crackin high elevation camp spot with stunning mountain views across to Mount Hotham. Between the bushfires at the end of 2025, ongoing issues with my Nissan Patrol GU ZD30, and diesel prices getting out of control in Australia… It's been a rough start to the year. But the Patrol is finally fixed, and this is my first solo camping trip back. In this video, I head back into the Victorian High Country, tackle a few tracks, and set up camp for a simple night out in the bush. Nothing beats being back out here.
