This video introduces you to Mr. Shunsuke Karai, one of upcoming stage actors in Japan. Shunsuke is an actor hailing from Kagawa Prefecture. His father is a Japanese salaryman and mother is a Japanese housewife. His special skills include soccer and swimming, while his hobbies are visiting saunas and physical training. He dreamt of becoming a professional soccer player but gave up. Notable credits include the 2025 TBS Sunday Theater series "Okami-sensei" (in the role of Yudai Endo) and the stage production "Chushingura" (in the role of Emonshichi Yato). Additionally, he appeared in numerous television dramas, such as TV Asahi’s Koisuru Keigo 24-ji in 2024, and Nippon TV’s Koi wa Yami* and Fuji TV’s Saigo no Kanteinin in 2025. Looking ahead, it has been announced that Shunsuke will star in the Japanese adaptation of the Thai BL drama The Boy Next World: Heikou Sekai no Koibito (Lovers in a Parallel World), scheduled to air on Fuji TV in March 2026.
