And all thanks to the Law on Consumer Protection and a special rule—"distance selling." Let's distinguish between two scenarios: when you simply changed your mind and when the item is defective. Lifehack #1: You've changed your mind (Return within 7 days without explanation!) This is your absolute right! You can return ANY item of proper quality (meaning no defects) if it doesn't fit you in terms of size, style, color, or dimensions. The return period is 7 days from the date you receive your order.
