Corn Hauling Across Wyoming & South Dakota

What started as another corn hauling trip turned into an unexpected weekend at home. We begin the day in Rawlins, Wyoming and make the long trip east to Mission, South Dakota to pick up another load of corn headed for Idaho. After getting loaded, we start working our way back west and stop in Casper, Wyoming for fuel. That's where the day takes a turn. Like many truckers have experienced, the fuel island gets backed up and patience starts running thin. After getting frustrated with some of the drivers around me, I take a moment to step back, look at the incredible Wyoming sky, and remind myself what really matters. We finish the night in Alcova, Wyoming and get ready to make a push for our scheduled unload in Gooding, Idaho. The next morning starts off great. The truck is running well, the weather is beautiful, and we're on pace to make our appointment. But after calling the receiver, I find out they won't unload us until Monday morning. Instead of sitting all weekend waiting, I make the decision every truck driver loves to make—I head home and enjoy an unexpected weekend off. Thanks for riding along for another real-life trucking adventure. 🚛 In This Video: • Rawlins, Wyoming to Mission, South Dakota • Loading corn • Casper fuel stop • Truck stop frustrations • Beautiful Wyoming skies • Alcova, Wyoming overnight stop • Delivery plans change • Unexpected weekend at home If you enjoy trucking videos, trucking vlogs, life on the road, and seeing America from behind the windshield, make sure to subscribe and join us on the next trip.
