Draw the Foul and Shoot Using a Quarter Turn
This video covers how to draw a foul by using a quarter turn. This is not only an effective way to draw a foul, but it also gives you a great opportunity to shoot the ball if you're outside of 6 Meters. FINA changed this to 6 Meters in 2020, prior to that you could shoot outside of 5 Meters. Any utility player would benefit from this skill, which is for intermediate to advanced water polo players. For beginners and water polo players under 12, we recommend you start with our Pressure Passing video first. @Shaquatics
