How to Beat Ultra Heaven 5 (10-5) | Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD

Hopefully this live tutorial will help BBHD players to complete 10-5 more consistently. The deaths in this video were either due to dropped inputs, bad bouncing, or bad collision (one I actually overshot my jump). For casual players, Sonic is unlocked by completing Space Case; which I highly recommend you switch to him for the rest of the game. 10-5 should not be completed by playing strictly cautious, as the platforming will punish you. Instead, you can make the first skip by going to a part of the yellow section and let your momentum carry you over to the four pillars section. From there, AIM FOR THE YELLOW parts and jump to the second part then onto the fourth part, which will lead you to the fully red section. In the video I mentioned that you were "on your own" for that particular part; this is because you can get random collision and end up dying when you get close to the goal section. However, as long as you stay in the middle and not panic jump, you should be perfectly fine. 10-5 can be completed with any character in the game, but Sonic and Yanyan are your best bets for that stage.
