Promaster Wall & Ceiling Framing | Van Life Build ** UPDATE ** We uninstalled our ceiling framing to reinstall it with a thin (2mm) strip of rubber acting as a barrier between the wood strut and the metal ceiling. We cut the rubber pieces to match the size of our wood struts. This WORKED WONDERS for the noise in the van and the van is SOOO much quieter since doing this. Highly recommend. Note: We used leftover rubber that was in the van when we purchased it.
