Here is Vol. 2 of our test ride review of the new Forza, filmed at the Honda press test ride event held at Twin Ring Motegi on July 23, 2018. ~The following is an excerpt from the Honda Motorcycle Japan website~ Since the first model was released in 2000, the Forza has been a popular city commuter bike, boasting bold styling and sporty performance. Since then, it has been a popular model among a wide range of customers. This time, we have further improved overall performance by setting the development keywords of "further evolving safe and comfortable high-speed riding performance, plus easy-to-handle agility around town." While retaining the image of previous Forza models, the new design emphasizes a more agile and advanced feel, resulting in a high-quality, imposing look. The body of the bike is designed to combine comfortable riding at high speeds with nimble, agile riding at low speeds. It features a newly designed lightweight, compact frame with optimized rigidity, and an electrically adjustable windscreen that can be adjusted to suit riding conditions and preferences. The suspension features newly designed aluminum wheels that are larger than the previous model, and is equipped with ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) for greater security when braking. The engine has excellent output characteristics for easier handling at lower speeds, and the use of low-friction technology in various areas also achieves excellent fuel efficiency. In addition, this is a first for a Honda scooter, and other features include Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), luggage space that can fit two full-face helmets, and the Honda SMART Key system for easier engine starting, giving the scooter a full range of equipment and excellent convenience as a city commuter.
