Where is the best place to get Korean bingsu in Seoul, Korea? And what is bingsu? In this video I will share with you my absolute favorite places to get Korean shaved ice in Seoul. In Korea we call shaved ice “bingsu,” and the original shaved ice in Korea was called pat bingsu which laterally means red beans shaved ice. in Japan, it’s called kakigori, in Taiwan, it’s called bao bing. I’m going to share with you my favorite places to get bingsu in Seoul for 2018. its a seasonal summer dish that you typically get from late spring to early fall so, let’s go check it out before it’s too late.
