2018-2019 Kawasaki Ninja 400 Clutch & Springs Replacement. Barnett clutch friction pads and springs. After we installed this kit the customer was not very happy with the results, but it was the replacement clutch's fault. The Barnett clutch plates and springs are a great upgrade and will more then likely last the rest of the bikes life. The owner was disappointed because he was trying to stunt the bike out as best as he could, and the Ninja 400 just doesn't have a meaty enough clutch setup to be able to bring the bike up from dumping the clutch anything above first gear. The bike doesn't lip per say, it just doesn't have a strong enough clutch (with or without a Barnett kit) to have the feel of a 600 or 1000 clutch which in general have the 2x the number of plates and 2x the number of springs.
