Where To Find Natural Earth Pigments (in Europe) For Painting

Natural earth pigments can luckily be found (almost) anywhere if you look at your surroundings with an open, creative mind and are willing to experiment. However rocky shores with high cliffs are my favourite places to look for pigments, but I know there is much more to explore. I’m curious to go look at river banks and mountain areas as well.
