[328] Bathroom Tour at 74 Pitt Street. Featuring Rare 1985 Close-Coupled Fowler Wares

This office block is in a very old building Unfortunately, the bathrooms as not as old, however some of the toilets were still good and they were quite rare too. I filmed most of the men's bathrooms in this building, there were eight levels, I did seven (one was in a locked-off office, so I couldn't film that!). All the bathrooms feature Caroma Sinks and Fowler Ware Urinals. The variations are in the hand-dryers, urinal cisterns and the toilets The differences and video map is below. The urinals all had long flushes, so I put the times where I flushed the toilet in as well: Level 7 - 0:00 (toilet at 1:34). Urinal is on a modern inwall Caroma Cistern. The hand-dryer is a rare, American made Initial Healthcare "World Dryer". The toilet is a relatively rare 1985 CC Fowler Ware pan and cistern. It still has the original store label on the cistern, and the installation instructions on the back, which is pretty cool Level 6 - 2:01 (toilet at 3:41). Similar layout to the level 7 bathroom. The only difference was that the urinal had a slightly older concealed Caroma cistern. I suspect the Fowler Ware in this bathroom will be replaced soon, as the tank had become completely detached from the wall, meaning that the tank is only being supported by the screws connecting it to the pan Level 5 - 4:08 (toilet at 5:30). Main change was that the toilet had been replaced with a 2000s CC Johnson Suisse Pan Level 4 - 5:52 (toilet at 6:55). The urinal was on a concealed Fowler Ware cistern, and the toilet was a different type of Johnson Suisse Pan. The hand-dryer had also been replaced with a Hydor Level 3 - 7:15 (toilet at 8:04). Urinal cistern and hand-dryer were the same as level 4. The Caroma sink was slightly different, as it had an old-fashioned overflow hole. The toilet was another 1985 CC Fowler Ware, with a very early Reba Ware, dual flush mechanism, something that I have never seen before. I did a paper flush on the toilet, it took it down easily Level 2 - 8:48 (toilet at 9:42). Pretty similar to level 3, the only difference being that the toilet had a single-flush mechanism Level 1 - 10:07 (toilet at 11:21). Like level 7, this bathroom had a initial Healthcare "World Dryer". They had attached a Caroma in-wall dual flush cistern panel to the urinal, which was really weird.
