This interactive workshop explores key strategies from The Craft of Community-Engaged Teaching and Learning: A Guide to Faculty Development to support university instructors in designing meaningful, community-centered learning experiences. This session will guide participants through activities, including identifying learning objectives aligned with community engagement, selecting and collaborating with community partners, developing shared goals and assessment strategies, fostering student engagement, and using reflection as a teaching tool. Participants will leave with practical frameworks and strategies to apply immediately to their courses.
