For the next exercise, the circular motion, you can use either the palms of your hands or your thumbs. It's best to support your leg for better stability while performing the circular motion. Finally, there's the kneading. Use both hands again, grasp the tissue, and knead the entire muscle. Please note: The closer you get to the Achilles tendon, the smaller the handles will be.
