VISITING TURIN - A Story about Camino Friendship

Normally I only share selected bicycle trips with you on my channel. However, this one is a little different, although ultimatively it has to do with my long distance cycling project from Koblenz to Santiago de Compostela. While I cycled from Germany down to Santiago, Farmer had walked the Camino Frances. Also, we were on the Camino at different times and never had met in person, however, we uploaded our videos roughly at the same time, and so the algorythm suggested I’d ckeck out her channel. Since then we have watched our adventures on YouTube and became online friends. A couple of years later she and her husband were planning a visit to Italy and she asked whether there’d be a chance to meet – after all we live a world away from each other. So, the planning begun, and our meeting eventually took place. We had a great time in Turin. I had never been to Turin before, but can absolutely recommend it. There is a lot to see, it doesn’t seem to be overrun with tourists yet, and it has great food. It you want to see more of Turin, check out Farmer’s YouTube channel:    / @farmerhavingfun   Now just enjoy this little video about our meeting in Turin. My next video series will be about another cycling project again. Kater
