Since 1968, BALPE has been selling automatic crepe machines and traditional ethnic products (brick pastry, regag, blintzes, etc.) worldwide. It also produces machines for cooking crepes, galettes, pancakes, and omelets! Upon request, the machines can be fully automated. At the Gourin Crepe Festival (Brittany), I had the chance to test a crepe machine with 9 plates that can cook up to 900 crepes per hour.
