Four Hours to Devon on the NT1100! Rain, Traffic & Open Roads

A 2-hour ride that turned into 4 — my first proper road trip on the Honda NT1100! Congestion, rain, sunshine, and a few glorious open stretches — this one had it all. This is the first part of my Devon weekend road trip — and my first real adventure on the new Honda NT1100! What should’ve been a simple 2-hour ride down to my friend Phil’s place in Teignmouth turned into a 4-hour marathon. Congestion on the A303, queues on the M5, heavy rain showers… and just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, the sun came out and reminded me why I love riding so much. From crawling traffic to wide open roads and everything in between, this ride had it all.
