Your Brain Is Terrible at Predicting Happiness
Recently I took a Yale course on introductionaly phycology and one of the most interesting topics there was “happiness” Because even though I always thought about my level of happiness, a lot, I have never known what influences it despite pretty obvious factors. I was beyong suprised to find out that our level of happiness is hereditary and so many other things. A little about me: I love studying and reserching different topics and then make a video out of my outlines. I just love learning the depth of topics that i find interesting. And I am well aware that not everyone is like me, so you could spend hours and hours of sometimes very boring resercher and just watch my videos. Hopefully I will make them regular again and rn I am aiming for at least once a month. I don’t have any “common” social media platforms, here is all I got youtube (other channel) - / @vitalinaliterally pinterest - / vitalinaadventures substrack - https://substack.com/@vitaalinaaa
