This is Part of the Backbone Trail in the Sycamore Canyon trail area and is also known as Wood Canyon Vista Trail. Its all singletrack and starts out smooth and flowy and then gets more technical and rocky as you go down. The whole trail is pretty fast and will give you a workout on the way down.
