The JMSDF's US-2 can take off and land on water in 3-meter rough seas, combining short water takeoffs and landings with a long operational radius. This time, I'd like to introduce the US-2, from its development to its mission and operations. Military Channel 2 was created to provide easy-to-understand explanations to people with little knowledge of the U.S. military, helping them deepen their understanding.
