Alvin then introduces the members of the band: John Bazz, Bill Bateman, Phil Alvin, and Gene Taylor. After that, he talks about the influence of Chicano music on their work, and about their recent experience with Eric Clapton. He and his brother, Phil, also talk about the experience of opening for Queen. Finally, Dave Alvin says he writes the songs for the group.
