Ovulation Kit यह एक घरपे इस्तमाल करने केलिए किट है जिससे महिला के ovulation days / fertile days के बारेमें जानकारी देता है। आज इस व्हिडिओ में डॉ.जय मेहता, Ovulation Kit इस्तमाल करने का सही तरीका (Ovulation Kit Use) इस विषय पे विस्तार में जानकारी देने वाले है| कोई भी महिलाके के ovary में पीरियड के दूसरे , तीसरे दिन में egg काफी छोटे होते है। FSH इस hormone के कारण egg की साइज बड़ी होती है और यह पांचवे या छटे दिन पे होता है। तक़रीबन दसवे या या ग्यारहवे दिन में यह follicle और भी बड़ा हो जाता है। जैसे follicle बढ़ने लगता है estrogen hormone बढ़ने लगता है। अगर किसीकी regular cycle है तो period 13th ,14th, 15th दिन पे ovulation होता है। जब कभी भी ovulation होता है तब शरीर मेसे LH नामक hormone ovulation होनेके 12 से 36 घंटे पहले बढ़ जाता है। और इसे Ovulation kit नापता है। Ovulation Kit , यूरिन द्वारा LH का पता लगाता है और आपके ovulation period के बारेमें जानकारी देता है। पर काफी इस Ovulation Kit गलत इस्तमाल करते है , वह इस्पे अपने ovulation days को चेक करके उसी दिन संबंध बनाते है और जब कुछ नहीं होता तब kit बदल देते है। यह जानना बोहोत जरुरी है कपल के लिए की 6-12 महीने उनको नियमित सबंध रखने है। इसके साथ ही साथ सम्बन्ध महिला के fertile window में रखना चाहिए जो period आने से 13-15 दिन पे होता है । कपल को रोज़ या एक दिन छोड़कर (alternate days ) सम्बन्ध रखने चाहिए। इसके साथ अगर आप ovulation kit का इस्तमाल करते है तो हर महीने प्रेग्नेंट होने की संभावनाएं 6-8% होते है। सिर्फ ओवुलेशन किट पे निर्भर रहकर intercourse किया तो सिर्फ २% होता है। Ovulation Kit हर पेशेंट केलिए नहीं होता है , जिनकी उम्र 35 से ज्यादा हो या जिनको pcos हो इसमें Ovulation Kit का कोई advantage नहीं होता। यह सिर्फ उनके लिए होता है जिनके पीरियड्स नियमित होते है। इसलिए इसका सही इस्तमाल करना काफी महत्वपूर्ण है। For more information, watch the full video.
