1989 Isuzu Trooper/Bighorn BUILD YOUR OWN HIGH CLEARANCE OVERLAND WINCH BUMPER!! Part 1

Using only a mig welder and basic woodworking tools, I was able to build this lightweight aluminum winch bumper, in my carport. With the right techniques and planning, you can do it too! The Vehicle is a 1989 Isuzu Irmsher Bighorn from Japan. AKA Isuzu Trooper, Holden Jackaroo, Etc. It is a 2.8 Turbo Diesel with top mount intercooler. The injectors and pump have been modified and it is set to run 22psi of boost with 3"custom intake and exhaust.
