From the 5-star Auf dem Simpel campsite, I explored fantastic parks with stunningly beautiful and idyllic scenery by bike. The weather was perfect, allowing me to truly enjoy the landscaped parks. I had a delicious lunch in Soltau. The Heidschnucken sheep in the Wacholderpark are a wonderful experience for all ages, and the shepherds and beekeepers provide lots of information about them.
