My intention was to showcase the style of tech house I personally resonate with—what I define as tech house, or what I enjoy most when listening to a DJ in this genre. The journey incorporates elements from various sounds, such as minimal and peak-time techno. While firmly rooted in tech house, it retains a dark undertone that closely approaches peak-time techno. This sonic direction is heavily influenced by Hot Since 82 and his label, Knee Deep In Sound, as he was my favorite DJ when I first started experiencing the club scene.
