Music written, recorded, and produced by Aaron Prim Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups whole milk 6 oz chocolate (dark 1 1/2 gran sugar 3 tsp hot cocoa mix 3 cups of ice Directions: Take a medium saucepan and fill 1/4 way to double-boil your chocolate. Put on stove on medium high heat. Shave off some chocolate and set aside for garnish at the end. Roughly chop up the remaining chocolate. Place in heat-proof bowl. Once water boils, place bowl on top of pot and stir until melted. Take sugar and cocoa mix and stir until smooth. Take off heat and slowly stir in the milk until mixture becomes smooth. Let cool until room temperature. Fill blender with ice and pour in chocolate mixture. Blend for a minute until icy.
