Mit dem Campinganhänger in 5 Monaten um Island. Reise-Doku Teil 3: „Ostland und Östliches Nordland“

I spend five months travelling around Iceland in a camping trailer. In part 3 of my film series, I'm also in ‘Ostland’, the north-eastern part of Iceland. There I drive into the Smjörfjöll mountain range and visit the lava beach behind it. I stay near Vopnafjörður and give a detailed introduction to the town. I then visit the Bustarfell Museum. Then I drive from Vopnafjörður to my next campsite in Þórshöfn, in the ‘Eastern Nordland’. I present my vehicle, an INEOS Grenadier, in detail (with pictures from the ADAC off-road training in Linthe). From Þórshöfn I set off on two expeditions: one to the Langanes peninsula (with birdwatching and a visit to the abandoned village of Skálar) and then to the Rauðanes peninsula (hiking with birdwatching). The vehicle I'm travelling in is an INEOS Grenadier. My camping trailer comes from Australia and is a BRÜDER EXP-8 (or BRUDER EXP-8).
