Tudo Posso: Deus te Fortalece Para o Seu Caminho

Do you know what “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” truly means? In this meditation based on Philippians 4:12-14, Missionary Edméia Williams explains that Philippians 4:13 doesn't teach that we can do everything we want, but that we can accomplish everything God has called us to do with the strength of Christ. Often we look at the calling of others, at large ministries, remarkable testimonies, and works that seem impressive. But God has a specific purpose for each child. God's calling for you is unique. John the Baptist understood this when he declared: “A person can receive only what has been given them from heaven.” He didn't compete with Jesus because he knew his place before God. In this message, we are reminded that “I can do all things through Christ” means living within God's will, with the empowerment He gives. Christ strengthens you to fulfill your calling, not to live someone else's mission. Watch, reflect, and share with someone who needs to understand the true meaning of Philippians 4:13 and rest in God's purpose. Question for reflection: Have you been seeking God's calling for your life, or have you been trying to live out the calling of others?
