Radium Fuel System & fabrication Progress on the Rotary VOLVO! 🔥

The Volvo is BACK at the workshop after Walton Motorsport built our custom turbo manifold — and now it’s time to make some serious progress! In this episode, we tackle multiple key parts of the build as we start prepping this 3-rotor Volvo for real power and reliability. We kick things off with a quick update on what’s been happening behind the scenes, then jump straight into the fabrication work. Rob helps me build a new rear crash bar, and I get my first real lesson in using my new pipe bender 😅 Next up, we dive into the fuel system using a full setup from Radium Engineering. We go over all the components we’ll be using, from the fuel cell and pumps to the filters and fittings, and discuss why these parts are crucial for a high-power rotary drift car. After a bit of back and forth on where to mount the fuel tank, we finally settle on our original idea. To wrap it up, I fit some key parts into the engine bay and get the transmission tunnel prepped and ready for welding.
