IMPORTANT! Due to construction changes, we had to change Step 4 - in the clip from 03:02. Here's the right drill: Before you tighten the column, install the supports on the column and base. Then, put the column on the base. To make things easier, you can put the screws through column and base (JUST DON'T TIGHTEN THEM TOO MUCH), then put the supports to the column. Later, tighten it all.
