Hello everyone! Thank you for finding me out of all the overseas migration channels😊 Today's video is a mini Vlog and introduction to summer clothes purchases. As usual, nothing particularly interesting happens, but I hope you'll enjoy watching it at your own pace! I used the following recipe as a reference! [Lemon muffins]    • 【超簡単】プロが教える爽やかレモンマフィンの作り方   ※I made double the amount in my video. The trick to avoiding failure like me is to 1) use the amount of sugar specified in the recipe, and 2) slice the lemon as thinly as possible! [Easy Naan] Ingredients: 200g strong flour (or weak flour) 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 50g plain yogurt About 50ml milk (adjust according to the situation) 1-2 tsp salad oil (or olive oil) Pizza cheese of your choice 1. Mix all the flour in a bowl 2. Add yogurt, milk, and oil and knead with your hands until it comes together 3. Once it comes together, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 15 minutes 4. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll them out into oval shapes 5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry both sides without oil (about 2-3 minutes per piece) When both sides are browned, it's ready! *I doubled the amount of the recipe above and made it in a 420° oven instead of a frying pan!
