🌊 Nazaré: the place where the ocean shows all its power! 🇵🇹 Visiting Nazaré was an unforgettable experience! ❤️ This fishing village enchants with its beauty, tradition, gastronomy, and breathtaking landscapes. Walking along the shore, visiting the Nazaré site, and feeling the energy of this place was simply incredible. Nazaré is known worldwide for a unique phenomenon: giant waves, which can exceed 30 meters in height thanks to the Nazaré Canyon, a huge underwater canyon that amplifies the force of the Atlantic. That's why surfers from all over the world come here to challenge some of the biggest waves ever recorded on the planet. This time, unfortunately, we weren't lucky enough to see the famous giant waves, as they mainly appear between autumn and winter. But that only gave us another reason to return! 🌊💙 It was a place that won our hearts and that we undoubtedly recommend to anyone visiting Portugal.
