Preparing the pepper: Clean the sweet pepper from the seeds, I leave the hot one with the seeds. Grind both types of pepper in a blender or in a food processor. (You can use a meat grinder, but it's easier in a food processor.) 2. Preparing the syrup: Pour sugar into a saucepan and add water. Boil over low heat for 10 minutes so that the syrup becomes slightly brownish. 3. The main mass: Carefully add the ground pepper to the syrup. Add vinegar and salt. Mix well and boil for another 10 minutes. 4. Thickening: Dissolve starch in cold water. Pour starch into sauce, stirring constantly. Boil for another 10 minutes. 5. Finishing: Total boiling time - 30 minutes (10 minutes at each stage). Pour hot sauce into jars and seal.
