Coaching Demo: OSCAR

Like many people, Caroline wants to be more visible on social media but doesn't feel comfortable getting on camera Her face isn't right, her voice isn't right, her words get jumbled... But whilst she keeps putting off trying, she's not developing her skills or confidence and she's missing out on potential clients Here I take Caroline through the OSCAR model (my go to coaching model!) - unfortunately it cuts off for a couple of minutes part way through but I still wanted to share it to celebrate Caroline putting herself out there like this! The best bit: she took action within a couple of days of recording this!
