BIG CAT IN THE WILD | Cooking Salmon I Caught 3 Ways (Carpaccio, Nigiri & Grilled)

I'm back with the King Chinook salmon I caught with ‪@bigwaterguy‬, and in this episode I cooked it up three different ways. I started with an Italian-style carpaccio topped with edible flowers straight from my wife's garden. From there, I made some nigiri with a torch finish. I closed it out on the grill with a cedar plank version for anybody who prefers cooked salmon over raw.
