Introducing Esther Abilene

Meet Cara, the Executive Director for House of Esther! 👋💜 For 25 years, Cara’s life was completely consumed by addiction, homelessness, and heartbreak. But in 2014, Jesus found her, and everything shifted. Today, she stands tall—restored to her children, stepping into a godly marriage, and completely transformed by grace. Now, God has called her to lead Esther Abilene, the sister ministry to Nehemiah Abilene. We are officially in the works of launching a 1-year residential women’s discipleship program right here in Abilene! Our program will be a biblically-based, structured environment with a unique agricultural perspective—helping women learn to nurture, grow, and care again so they can confidently step back into their roles as mothers, daughters, and leaders. While we prepare to open our doors very soon, you don't have to wait to get involved! 🌿 Join Our Community: When: Every 2nd and 4th Friday at 6:00 PM Where: New Hope Church (3122 S Clack St, Abilene, TX 79606) Who: Women only! Whether you are battling addiction, walking through recovery, or just a woman in need of a powerful, supportive community of faith, there is a seat for you. Come out for worship, a great word, prayer, and incredible fellowship. We are exctied to annouce that we are reciving the keys to our new facility which is expected to open November 2026.
