今集好開心請到林嘉欣！由Fiona呢個角色講到做媽媽嘅日常，由陶瓷講到人生哲學，內容滿滿又感動又好笑 嘉欣今次喺新劇入面飾演Fiona，一個為咗家族名聲乜都做得出嘅上流社會女人，同佢平時嘅角色好唔同，佢自己都話：「Fiona真係一個bitch嚟㗎！但係做得好開心！」 佢仲分享咗為角色剃光頭嘅經歷，足足五個鐘頭嘅化妝過程，雖然辛苦但係覺得好值得，因為呢個造型呈現出Fiona脆弱嘅一面。 做咗媽媽之後嘅嘉欣，生活節奏完全唔同晒，每日六點半起身，照顧兩個女嘅schedule、陶瓷嘅時間、工作schedule，密密麻麻但係佢話：「最緊要放過自己，越放鬆越發揮得好。」 講到陶瓷，佢話呢樣嘢令佢重新認識自己，喺整陶瓷嘅過程中面對自己嘅brokenness，學習接受唔完美都係一種美。「Clay揀咗我，但其實係我揀咗我自己。」 對住踏入青春期嘅兩個女，嘉欣嘅育兒哲學就係：「唔問你千祈唔好講，等佢哋問你先講，做返小朋友，活喺當下。」仲話成日同個女講：「You are enough. For one powerful scene, she didn’t actually shave her head — instead, she spent five hours in makeup to create a bold bald look. Tough, but worth it to show Fiona’s vulnerable side. Since becoming a mom, she’s up at 6:30 juggling kids, ceramics, and work. Her take? “Go easy on yourself. Relaxed = better performance.” Ceramics helped her face her brokenness and see imperfection as beauty. “The clay chose me, but really, I chose myself.” Her parenting rule for her teenage daughters? “If they don’t ask, don’t tell. Stay playful, live in the moment.” And she always reminds them: “You are enough.
