Appartamenti con un design moderno fronte mare - BDM Architetti (Tour dell'appartamento)

Combining the style of interior design, architecture and landscape, BDM Architetti embodies a vision consistent with modern residences. Designed by architect Alex Braggion with Proteco Engineering, Playa Dorada was selected among more than 200 projects for the Barbara Cappochin 2022 biennial international architecture award. Located on the seafront of Jesolo, in Via dei Pioppi 77, right next to the historic Hotel Casa Bianca, the intervention stems from the replacement of a villa from the 1940s, creating a modern and contemporary building from the same grounds designed to stop consuming land and creating a telescope that connects the city with the horizon of the sea. The interior design, designed entirely by the BDM Architetti studio, features ceramic finishes and furnishings specifically chosen to create living comfort in the most modern homes. The exterior features a very contemporary approach, using aluminum brie soleil clad with Klinker tiles. The Klinker, in addition to giving a shiny and non-opaque appearance to the building, protects it from atmospheric agents. The luxury apartments are all characterized by large windows to ensure a connection with the outdoors between nature, the Lido di Jesolo beach and the Adriatic Sea, and natural lighting that penetrates all the rooms.
