Bahan Kinca Gulamerah : 600 ml santan sedang 150 gram gula merah 150 gram gulapasir 1 sdt garam 2 lbr daun pandan Bahan Kakoleh/Hatipari 325 gram tepung beras (rosebrand) (gunakan 350 gram tepung jika ingin agak keras) 1250 ml air putih panas mendidih 250 ml air putih suhu ruang pasta pandan secukupnya 1 sdt garam 2 sdm air kapur sirih ( diambil dari 1 sdt kapur sirih dilarutkan dengan 100 ml air, ambil bagian atasnya)
