If you are looking for the best free, pet-friendly things to do in New Mexico or checking out what summer events look like near Las Cruces, this historic community festival is a must-see. In this travel vlog, we explore the vibrant food trucks, great live entertainment, and an absolutely mind-blowing patriotic drone light show spectacular. The energy out here was incredible, packed with local vendors, delicious food, and families coming together to celebrate. But the absolute highlight of the night was looking up under the desert sky to watch hundreds of synchronized drones paint the darkness with stunning, glowing patriotic formations. Seeing the night sky light up with massive red, white, and blue animations was easily one of my favorite memories on the road so far.
