Sweet Sensation Hooked On You 1987 & 1989
Sweet Sensation Formed in 1986 on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York City, by Mari Fernandez Ware and Margie Fernandez Parra. The original members were sisters Margie and Mari Fernandez and Betty LeBron (lead vocals) signed to Next Plateau Records, in 1988 they were picked up by Atco, and their debut album Take It While It's Hot was released. It reached #63 on the Billboard pop albums chart and spawned five singles: "Hooked on You, "Victim of Love (Goodbye Baby)," "Take It While It's Hot," "Never Let You Go" "Sincerely Yours"
