Autumn Chocolate Cakes 🤎🍂 Ingredients (12 cakes): 125 g butter (soft) • 80 g dark brown sugar • 30 g caster sugar • 20 g honey • 3 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla • 175 g flour • 6 g baking powder • 20 g cocoa • 120 g milk • pinch of salt • chocolate pieces Method: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Grease & flour mold. Beat butter, sugars, salt + honey until fluffy. Add eggs gradually, then vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder & cocoa. Mix half into batter, then milk, then rest. Spoon into molds, add chocolate in center. Bake 18–20 min, rest 5 min, unmold. Potato Nests with Chicken & Cheese Ingredients: 1 kg potatoes • 1 chicken breast • 200 g mushrooms • 1 onion • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 200 g cheese • 50 g butter • 80–100 ml milk • salt, spices Method: Boil potatoes, mash with butter, milk, 50 g cheese, salt & spices. Sauté chicken until golden, add onion & mushrooms, cook through, then stir in tomato paste and simmer 7–10 min. Shape potato “nests,” fill with chicken mixture. Top with cheese, bake at 180°C for 20 min.
