The new DEWALT XTREME 12V Sub-Compact 5 in 1 Drill/Driver is tiny and packed with power for its size. We pushed this drill with some spade bits and it can get very hard on your wrist very quickly. For the size, this drill packs a punch. Of course, this is an installation tool and really does not need all of the power that it has, but you should never be let down! The Variable Speed Trigger will not disappoint as it will allow you to get the perfect speed with little effort. The 15 settings on the mechanical clutch perform flawlessly and without much noise. The QD hex heads fit well with little play. I rate this tool as a buy for someone needing a small tool for installation.
