East Coast InterCity 225s at speed (ECML)

The InterCity 225 is a UK high speed electric train, consisting of a Class 91 electric locomotive, nine Mark 4 carriages and a Driving Van Trailer (DVT). The Class 91 locomotives were built by BREL at Crewe works, and have a top speed of 140mph; however the top line speed on the East Coast Mainline is 125mph. Here is a selection of clips I have of the InterCity 225s at speed in locations such as: Grantham, Newark Northgate, Northallerton, Darlington, Durham, Chester-le-Street, Alnmouth for Alnwick, Berwick-upon-Tweed & Prestonpans. All trains in this video are running at speeds between 50mph & 125mph.
