Instant Pot Rice for One | Pot-in-Pot Method

This method for making Instant Pot Rice for One is beginner friendly and will give you the confidence to make small portions of rice in your Instant Pot. I show you how to use the Pot in Pot method for small portions of rice and once learned, this way of cooking will help you adapt many recipes for one person cooking even in the larger Instant Pot Models. I'm cooking basmati rice in this video but this method also works with jasmine rice.
