Apologies for this - we are continuing to work through these technical details as we refine the livestream process.** Śrī Mahā Vārāhī Havan performed in Maidenhead, United Kingdom, by disciples of Śrī Arunāmbā-sahitā Śrī Karuṇāmaya of Śrī Vidyā Learning Centre, Kāñcipuram. The havan was lovingly hosted by Śrī Karthik and Śrīmatī Vidhyā at their home, with devotion to Śrī Guru, Śrī Guru-paramparā and Śrī Lalitā Mahātripurasundarī. This sacred fire ritual was performed on Kṛṣṇa Pakṣa Pañcamī, at an auspicious evening time, invoking the grace of Śrī Mahā Vārāhī for protection, removal of obstacles, inner strength, clarity, auspiciousness, wellbeing, and the fulfilment of righteous intentions. This event was generously supported by contributions from devotees and well-wishers around the world. We are also deeply grateful to all those who submitted their details through the Google Form to be included in the sankalpam. More than 100 sankalpas were received from across the world, reflecting a beautiful spiritual unity beyond race, caste, culture, language, geography, and background. We humbly reaffirm that there is no financial expectation, requirement, or obligation for participation in this havan. This is offered purely as a dharma kāryam and for loka-kṣema. By the grace of Śrī Guru and Śrī Mahā Vārāhī, this sacred undertaking has manifested tonight through devotion, generosity, and collective prayer. The worship included prayers and āhutis to Śrī Guru, Śrī Mahāgaṇapati, Śrī Pañcadaśī, Śrī Mahā Vārāhī, Śrī Tiraskariṇī, and Śrī Bagalāmukhī Mahāvidyā, followed by Mahāvyāhṛti Havanam and Pūrṇāhuti. Who is Śrī Mahā Vārāhī? Śrī Mahā Vārāhī is one of the most powerful and protective forms of the Divine Mother. In the Śrī Vidyā tradition, She is revered as Daṇḍanāthā, the commander of the forces of Śrī Lalitā Mahātripurasundarī. She represents the Divine Mother’s power of protection, discipline, command, removal of negativity, and the destruction of inner and outer obstacles. For Śrī Vidyā upāsakās, Śrī Vārāhī is not merely a fierce protective deity, but a deeply compassionate Mother who guards the sādhaka’s path. She protects the upāsaka from visible and invisible obstacles, stabilises the mind, strengthens resolve, removes fear, and helps the sādhaka remain firmly established in Guru-bhakti, mantra-niṣṭhā, and righteous action. Her grace is traditionally invoked for rakṣaṇa, śatru-nigraha, vighna-nivṛtti, dhairya, clarity of speech and mind, protection of dharma, and the successful completion of auspicious undertakings. As Vārtālī and Mahā Vārāhī, She is the force that clears the path when the sādhaka is faced with difficulty, confusion, opposition, or intense karmic pressure. This havan was therefore offered with humility and śaraṇāgati, seeking Her compassionate protection and the blessings of Śrī Guru and the Guru-paramparā. With humble reverence, this recording is shared for devotional purposes and as an offering at the feet of the Divine Mother and the Guru-paramparā.
