I am much more versed in crisis PR and reputation management than I am in true crime. It is standard to give clients a "post mortem" after they have faced a PR crisis, and to give them advice to move forward. I am giving Lauren and John the type of report they would get with a consultant they had just hired mid-crisis, expecting for that person to put an immediate BandAid on their wounds and make all the public backlash go away.
