How to: hummingbird/small bird fountain that runs off power banks! (2nd design)

For this one I did a couple of upgrades. First of all, I found this really pretty hot pink glass bowl from my local Goodwill for only $0.99. Makes for a much nicer looking fountain than the one I made with just a plastic bowl. It's also heavier so I don't have to worry about it being blown off my porch. Second upgrade was I found a different USB pump that had suction cups to hold the pump in place. Third upgrade, and most important one, is unlike the pumps I'm returning these have a little lever on the side to control the water flow. Putting the lever right in the middle keeps the water from going to the edge of the plate and splashing out of the fountain. How you adjust it will depend on how wide your fountain is and how much you want the water to go up. SUPPLIES NEEDED: 1. Watertight bowl or container for the base 2. Plastic plate to go on top 3. Soldering iron or pyrography pen to make the holes in the plate. (You MUST put these holes in so the water goes back into your container to be recirculated by the pump.) If the fountain dries out then your little pump will burn itself out! If you're going to have your fountain out where it could get rained upon note that most of these power banks are not waterproof. So put it under something to keep it dry or bring it in.
