My beautiful people, welcome to a new video! Today is a very special day because my parents came from Uruguay to visit me in Mexico, and I decided to take them on an adventure and let them try the local flavors of the fruits we can find in Mexico. 🇺🇾🇲🇽 In Uruguay, we're used to eating delicious fruits, but Mexico's biodiversity is on another level. From the black sapote that looks like chocolate mousse to the squashmelon, which I'd never seen before, mamey, soursop, wild eggplant, and many more fruits, I took them on a visual and gustatory journey that ended in laughter and lots of surprised faces. Also, in this video, we have a surprise for them: we prepared Chile en Nogada so they could try the most representative dish of the state of Puebla.
